1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Airtechsolutions, the provider of home appliance repair services.
“Client” refers to any individual or entity requesting repair services from the Company.
“Services” refers to any repair, maintenance, or diagnostic service provided by the Company.
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides repair and maintenance services for household appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, air conditioners, and other home appliances.
Our technicians will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and repair the reported appliance issues. However, the Company does not guarantee that every issue will be resolved due to factors such as the availability of parts, the appliance’s condition, or the manufacturer’s specifications.
3. Service Booking
Clients can book services online, by phone, or through our website. Booking a service does not guarantee availability, and the Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.
Upon booking, the Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the appliance’s make, model, and issue.
4. Service Fees and Payment
Service fees are based on the nature of the repair and are provided after an initial diagnosis. The Client will receive an estimate prior to any repair work being undertaken.
Full payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment methods such as cash, net banking & UPI, etc.
Diagnostic fees may apply if the repair service is declined after the technician arrives.
If parts need to be ordered, a deposit may be required for the part’s purchase.
5. Warranty and Liability
The Company provides a limited warranty for services performed. This warranty covers parts replaced and labor for 07 days or 1week.
The warranty does not cover:
Issues arising from misuse, neglect, or accidental damage to the appliance.
Repairs made by anyone other than Company technicians.
Any subsequent faults or unrelated issues discovered after the service.
The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the malfunction of an appliance before, during, or after repair.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of repair services provided. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to property.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposits made.
8. Use of Third-Party Parts
In some cases, third-party or aftermarket parts may be used for repairs if original manufacturer parts are unavailable. The Company will notify the Client if third-party parts are being used and provide any relevant warranty information.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the appliance is in an accessible location and that no other household conditions (e.g., water or electrical issues) hinder the technician’s ability to perform the repair.
Clients must provide accurate information about the appliance and describe any issues to the best of their ability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bihar (India). Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Patna High court.
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any information collected during the booking process will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
